AirMenus integrates with multiple logistics partners to help you fulfil online orders. Once an order is ready, a delivery partner is assigned to pick it up and deliver it to your customer.
For orders fulfilled by AirMenus Delivery integrations, the delivery charge is collected by AirMenus directly from the customer as part of the order payment.
For orders fulfilled by the outlet, the delivery charges are collected and settled to the merchant's bank account.
Delivery services attract 18% GST. The applicable GST on the delivery charge is reflected in the order and accounted for accordingly.

Orders can typically be fulfilled within a serviceable radius of up to 15 km, subject to rider availability and logistics partner coverage.
If a rider cannot be assigned, you'll be notified immediately. You can choose to retry rider allocation, arrange delivery using your own fleet, ask the customer to collect the order, or cancel the order if required.
Yes. Customers are notified via a WhatsApp message with a tracking link for the rider.

Yes. Pick-up OTP is shared with the merchant on the dashboard and has to be provided to the rider at the time of pickup.

No. AirMenus delivery integrations are only enabled via online payments. Riders are paid by the integrated delivery provider.

No. AirMenus is already integrated with Razorpay. We simply require your bank account details to onboard you as a merchant under our Razorpay account.
All customer payments are settled directly to the merchant's bank account by the payment gateway. AirMenus does not hold or transfer customer funds.
Settlement timelines depend on the payment gateway's settlement cycle. Most settlements are credited to your bank account within 2 working days.
Yes. Payment gateway charges apply to all online payments processed through AirMenus.

International, Corporate & AMEX Cards: 3.5% + GST
These charges are deducted by the payment gateway before the settlement is credited to your bank account.
No. All orders placed through AirMenus are prepaid and can only be completed using online payment methods.
Yes. All payments are securely processed through Razorpay using industry-standard encryption and security protocols.
In the rare event of a payment issue, the payment gateway automatically attempts to reconcile the transaction. If the payment is successful but the order is not created, please contact AirMenus Support with the payment reference. Our team will investigate the issue and assist with the resolution.
Yes. Refunds can be initiated from the AirMenus Partner Dashboard within 24 hours of the order being placed.
Once the refund is processed, the amount is typically credited back to the customer's original payment method within 4-5 working days.
Yes. You can view and download order and payment reports from the AirMenus Partner Dashboard for reconciliation and accounting purposes.
Yes. Once the payment is successful, the customer automatically receives an order confirmation. The payment status is also updated in both the customer and merchant dashboards.
