Yes, you own the customer data. You can access your customer data along with insights about sales performance, conversion insights and various reports via AirMenus Partner Dashboard.

There are two ways of accessing AirMenus:

1. Dine-in: For table ordering, guests can simply scan a QR code placed on their table.

2. For delivery or take-away: Share your AirMenus URL via your social media channels, websites and WhatsApp/SMS.

We work with Razorpay as our payment gateway provider. All credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI methods are accepted. All transactions are secure, and routed through Razorpay. All transactions will be credited to your RazorPay account (provided by us).

There is no paper-work required from your end to set-up payments. We do everything for you.

Razorpay takes care of settlements too. All transactions will be settled to your bank account within T+2 working days.

Absolutely. We can disable ordering functionality and AirMenus will act like a Mobile Menu for your guests. In this case, your staff can take orders vocally.

Yes. You may enable/disable any of the three as per your need. In case you wish to use for only Dine-ins It just takes one click to disable Take-Away/Delivery menus.

Once an order is placed you will be notified via the AirMenus Partner app (PlayStore). In addition, we send an SMS & phone call to ensure any order isn’t missed.

Your existing website can be linked to your AirMenus portal. All you have to do is add your AirMenus link to the required tab on your website. For more clarity, take a look at the ‘Order Now’ tab on this website

Don’t have a delivery fleet? No Problem! We are integrated with Dunzo. Riders are directly assigned to each of your orders, all through the AirMenus Partner App. It’s super simple and you can book a Dunzo rider with just one click. Yes. You can choose to have a fixed delivery charge (eg. Rs.50) or a dynamic delivery charges based on distance of your customer from the outlet.

Yes. We provide you with the login for AirMenus Partner Dashboard through which you can manage all aspects (Menu, Reports, Settings, etc) for individual outlets.

Every outlet has a bank account linked. In case, there are different bank accounts for different outlets, money is routed to the respective outlets accounts.
